About ClearFlow
A personal trading journal that syncs directly from your brokerage. Automatic, time-stamped, private by default, and easy to share.
What ClearFlow is — and isn't
ClearFlow is a record-keeping and publishing tool. It pulls your executed trades from your connected broker and displays them on a journal page you control.
ClearFlow is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a trade-alert service, a copy-trading platform, or a recommendation engine. We don't rank, score, or endorse any trader. Nothing on this platform is investment advice.
Why we built it
Most trading journals rely on manual entry. Manual journals can drift from the source record over time — missed fills, rounded entries, and after-the-fact edits all make the record less useful.
ClearFlow keeps the broker record as the source of truth. It displays what actually happened, in order, with time stamps.
You keep it private as a personal log. Or you make it public so your record speaks for itself. Either is fine. Neither is a pitch for anything you trade.
How It Works
Trust posture
- Broker access has one job — build your journal from supported broker records
- Security details are centralized — implementation, headers, RLS, and credential handling live on the Security page
- Revocable anytime — disconnect your broker from ClearFlow or revoke access directly from your brokerage
- No data selling — your trading data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising
- Company posture — records, not recommendations, trade alerts, or trading execution

Company
Built by
ClearFlow is built by Victor Gerwitz, an independent developer and active options trader based in New York.
Built out of frustration with the lack of source-backed track records in online trading communities. Traders should be able to share a broker-synced record with the people they choose.

Where We Are
ClearFlow launched in April 2026. The platform is in open beta, actively used, and in continuous development.
- Currently in open beta — free for eligible users
- Supported broker sync active — paper and live account records supported where available
- Additional OAuth broker connections — active or in review as broker approvals allow
- Additional broker integrations planned
What data we access
When you connect a broker, ClearFlow uses read-only access to pull:
- Supported executed trades (fills, entries, exits)
- Open positions and their current P/L
- Account buying power and balance (owner-only; never shown publicly)
ClearFlow never places trades, modifies or cancels orders, withdraws funds, transfers assets, or touches your account in any way beyond reading supported account data.
Keep a clear record of your trading.
Not investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ClearFlow is a record-keeping tool, not an advisory service.
